Refund Policy
At Sentinel Supply Chain, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service. As providing our service entails significant investment and coordination, we maintain a no-refund policy. Once our service is rendered or the product is delivered, it is deemed to be final.
No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for services rendered or products delivered, including but not limited to logistics, supply chain management, and any other services provided by Sentinel Supply Chain.
Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled up to the point of dispatch or service initiation. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately. Once the service has commenced or the product has been dispatched, we cannot accommodate cancellations and the sale is considered final.
Exceptional Circumstances: In the event that Sentinel Supply Chain determines that a refund is appropriate due to exceptional circumstances, the decision to grant a refund is at the sole discretion of Sentinel Supply Chain management. This will be an exception rather than the norm and will require a formal review process.
